Pickup and shipping
Pickup at Ottomano Café and address shipping are offered when available at checkout. Eligible destinations depend on the configured region and shipping methods.
If shipping cannot be priced for an address, that shipping order cannot be confirmed. You can change the address or choose pickup if available.
Charge and timing
The shipping charge appears before order confirmation and forms part of the agreed PYG total. We do not automatically increase that charge after confirmation.
Preparation or delivery timing is shown when configured for the chosen method. Contact customer service if you need to confirm timing before buying.
Delivery details
Provide a complete and accurate recipient and address. If delivery cannot be completed, contact us so the available options can be reviewed for that case.
International shipping
Customs duties, taxes, import fees or brokerage charges may apply at destination. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not included in the checkout shipping charge and are the recipient’s responsibility.
