Products, price and stock
Each product page describes the offer available. Products, quantities, shipping charge and the final total can be reviewed before confirmation. Stock is checked again when payment is initiated.
Purchase and payment amounts are in Paraguayan guaraní (PYG). USD and EUR amounts are informational approximations and do not change the PYG payment amount.
Orders and payment
Before creating an order you can correct your information and review the summary. The final action confirms the order and, if card payment is selected, starts the payment process.
Card payments are processed by the configured provider. Ottomano Café does not intentionally store full card credentials. A foreign-card statement conversion may differ according to the issuer and its fees.
Delivery and international orders
Available pickup or shipping methods, their charge and the final total appear at checkout. International destinations may incur customs or import charges that are not included unless expressly stated. Provide accurate contact and delivery details.
Cancellation, returns and enquiries
You can request cancellation or purchase review through private tracking or a linked account. Requests are reviewed before order status changes or a possible refund is handled. See the shipping and returns policies for procedures.
